Strategy, film, short-form cuts, test hooks and the publishing kit. No hourly billing. Anything outside the scope is quoted in writing first.
Pay the second half after you approve $2,500 books the sprint. The other $2,500 is due once you approve the deliverables, before the final files are handed over.
