This website
This site doesn’t use analytics or tracking, and fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
The Guyde Studio home page has a booking calendar from Cal.com. It loads only when you scroll to it, and Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to anything you enter there. The One-Click Sort pages don’t load it.
Buying and trials
When you start a trial or buy, Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, collects your name, email address, country and payment details to process the order, handle tax and email your licence key. We receive your name, email, country and order details, not your card details. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy applies to what they collect.
The panel
Stays on your computer: your projects, file names, media, settings, rules and Undo history. Sorting never sends anything over the internet.
Sent for licence checks: your licence key and an activation name like “One-Click Sort · Windows · 7KQ2PX”, sent to Lemon Squeezy’s licence service when you activate, about once a week after that, and when you deactivate. Their service also sees your IP address, as any website does.
Diagnostics: the report can include names and paths of items you selected in Premiere. It’s only shared if you copy it into an email to us.
Support emails
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. Ask us to delete it any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days.
