Quick fixes

The panel is not in Window › Extensions

Quit Premiere completely and reopen it. If it is still missing, reinstall with a ZXP installer (see the install guide) and email us your Premiere version.

Paste does not work in the key box

Right-click the box and choose Paste. Some Premiere setups keep Ctrl+V for themselves.

A sort put something in the wrong bin

Press Undo, or move it yourself. To stop it happening again, use Review and choose Assign and remember, or add a rule in Settings.

It says my licence could not be checked

Connect to the internet and reopen the panel. It keeps working offline for about two weeks after the last successful check.

I have hit the two-computer limit

Deactivate on a computer you no longer use (Settings › Deactivate). If you cannot reach it, email us and we will free the slot.
