Terms of use
Who we are
One-Click Sort is made by Guyde (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
Your licence
A free trial licence lets you use One-Click Sort for 14 days to evaluate it.
A paid licence lets one person use One-Click Sort on up to two computers at a time, for personal or commercial work. The licence does not expire.
Paid licences include updates released within one year of purchase. Versions you received in that year keep working after it.
You may not resell, share, rent or publish your licence key, or try to get around the licence check. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the software, except as the law allows.
Licence checks
The panel checks your licence with our licensing provider about once a week and works offline for about two weeks between checks. If a licence is refunded, charged back or found to be shared, we may deactivate it.
Your projects
One-Click Sort moves items between bins inside your Premiere Pro project and never deletes media files. Before merging duplicates it saves a dated copy of your project file. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
No warranty
We work hard to make One-Click Sort reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will work with every version or setup of Premiere Pro.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t take away rights you already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of One-Click Sort.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA) or any other consumer protection law that applies where you live.
Trademarks
Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe. One-Click Sort is not made or endorsed by Adobe.
