The guarantee
If One-Click Sort isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
- Include your order number from the receipt email.
We process refunds through Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
After a refund
Your licence key is deactivated, and Sort, Auto-sort and the watch folder pause, just like at the end of a trial. Undo keeps working, and your projects stay exactly as they are.
Free trials
Trials are free, so there’s nothing to refund. Nothing is charged when a trial ends.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If something isn’t working, email us first: we’d rather fix it.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
